The Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and SP Poughkeepsie Bureau of Criminal Investigation carried out a joint investigation on Eric J. Buckley, 52, of Beekman.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant on Tuesday, May 14.

Police say Buckley was arrested upon initial analysis of the evidence on Thursday, May 16. He was charged with possession of a sexual performance performed by a child, a Class E felony.

Buckley was arraigned before the town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Beekman Court on Tuesday, May 21.
