Chef Central In Paramus Offers Pasta Making Class

From making the perfect dough to preparing a complementing sauce, this class will include lots of tips and cooking techniques. 

A full plate of pasta with sauces will be served at the conclusion of the class. 

This month’s menu will include: Semolina Tagliatelle alla Norma (with eggplant and tomato); Whole Wheat Fettuccine with Pesto; and Genovese Egg Pasta Linguini with Prosciutto. 

At the conclusion of the class, participants will receive a 10 percent off entire purchase coupon - valid for use up to seven days after the class date. 

Participants can bring along a bottle of wine or beer. (Must be 21 and over to consume alcohol.)
